You're not falling apart. You're just running on less than you used to, and you can't quite figure out where the energy is going.
You've tried managing the stress. The routines, the to-do lists, the "just push through it" approach. And yet here you are.
Somewhere in this transition, the decisions that used to come easily feel heavier. And you're not sure if that's the situation, or something else entirely.
Here's what I've noticed working with mid-to-late career professionals: most people try to manage stress by addressing what's visible - the workload, the uncertainty, the conversations they can't stop having in their head. But the real drivers are usually somewhere else entirely.
After being laid off at 56, following three decades in design, I was disappointed and a little sad. I felt like I had made a positive impact that maybe wasn’t fully appreciated. And now what was I going to do? Was I going to have enough money? Did I want to stay in design? It was stressful. What I eventually learned, and what I now help others understand, is that the forces shaping how we experience pressure aren't random. They're identifiable, nameable, and workable. That's what this workshop is about.
Here's what actually happens: Five people, all carrying something similar. We spend 75 minutes going beneath the surface, mapping where your energy is actually going and why. I walk you through a framework that makes the invisible visible.

My commitment is to show up with honesty and genuine care. I can't promise the conversation will be comfortable. I can promise it will be worth it.
This workshop is completely free. My goal is to offer something genuinely useful to people in the middle of a real transition, without any financial barrier to showing up.
You set your own boundaries. That said, the group is small by design: six people, all in similar territory. Most participants find it easier to be honest than they expected, because they're not alone in what they're carrying.
The Crossroads Workshop focuses on the navigational question: what do I want, and how do I figure out what's next? This workshop goes underneath that. It's about the energy and stress that make the navigation harder than it should be. They address the same journey from different angles. Many people find both valuable.
Probably, yes. The framework we use doesn't define stress as overwhelm or crisis. It's about the six areas of life that shape how much energy you have, and how you use it. If you're in any kind of career transition, at least one of them is likely out of balance. The workshop helps you see which one.
You leave with something specific: a clearer picture of what's draining you and where to focus. If you want to go deeper, we can explore whether one-on-one coaching is the right next step with a free Discovery Call. There's no pressure either way.
