For experienced professionals who know there's still meaningful work to do, and are done waiting to figure out what that looks like.
Something feels off. Not broken exactly, but no longer right either.
"I'm no longer fulfilled"
You wake up feeling disconnected from work that once energized you. The definition of success that drove you for years no longer resonates.
"I still have so much to offer"
You know your experience and expertise are valuable, but you're uncertain how to channel them into work that truly honors who you are now.
"Maybe it's not even about work anymore"
You're realizing this transition might lead somewhere unexpected: retirement, a complete reinvention, or something you haven't even named yet.
"The clock is louder than it used to be"
You're aware the runway is shorter now, and that makes getting this right matter more.
After decades of performing well by other people's metrics, most clients arrive knowing what they've achieved, but not what they actually want next. That's what we work on.
Not what looks good on paper, or what makes sense to everyone else. You'll develop a clearer sense of your own values and how to let them drive what comes next.
You don't need all the answers before you move. You need enough to take the next right step, and a framework for navigating what you can't yet see.
Walk away with actionable steps tailored to your life, not generic advice: next steps that reflect your constraints, your priorities, and what you're actually building toward.

"Warren has a remarkable gift for attentive listening and asking open-ended questions that encourage self-reflection, making him a highly effective coach. I understand this is a significant decision. If after your first three sessions you feel our work together isn't the right fit, I'll provide a full refund. Your peace of mind matters.
How is this different from career counseling or therapy?
Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. While therapy explores past experiences and often trauma, and career counseling often centers on assessments and job matching, coaching helps you clarify what you want, identify what's holding you back, and create a personalized plan to move forward. We work as partners to unlock your own wisdom and potential.
What if I'm not sure what I want yet?
That's exactly why this exists. Most clients arrive feeling stuck or unclear about what's next — that's the starting point, not a prerequisite. Through our work together, using powerful questions, reflective exercises, and values exploration, you'll develop a much sharper sense of what you actually want. The Discovery Call helps us assess where you are and whether this is the right time to begin.
What if I'm not sure this is even about my career anymore?
That's completely valid, and more common than you think. Many clients start thinking it's about finding a new job and discover it's actually about designing a life that honors who they are now. That might mean a career shift, early retirement, staying put but with new boundaries, or something else entirely. The coaching process helps you discover what's true for you, not what you "should" do.
How long is each coaching session?
Except for the ELI Debrief, which typically runs 75-90 minutes, each session is 50 minutes. The cadence is up to you. Typically clients like to meet every 1-2 weeks, allowing time between sessions for reflection and action. Our work together typically unfolds over approximately 3 months, giving you sustained support through your transition.
What happens after the 9 sessions?
You'll have a clear action plan and the tools to continue moving forward independently. Many clients find that 9 sessions provide the momentum they need, while others choose to continue — whether by renewing for additional sessions, scheduling on an as-needed basis, or a combination of both. There's no pressure either way: we'll assess together what makes sense for you.
Is this right for me if I'm still employed full-time?
Absolutely. Many of my clients are currently employed and navigating transitions while managing their existing responsibilities. Our work together is designed to fit into your life, not overwhelm it. We'll create strategies that work with your current situation.
Let's start with a conversation — about where you are, where you want to go, and whether this is the right way to get there.
